Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery estimates begin after your processing window, not at the time your order is placed.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via trusted carriers.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to the countries available at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country — these are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, email us at customers@omnaeva.com and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at customers@omnaeva.com — we can only make changes before your order is processed.
